Pricing
All prices on our website are given in GB £ Pounds Sterling. Postage and packing will be added to these charges where applicable.
General Sales Information
When ordering from our website, The Funky Printer will send an e-mail to the buyer, with the agreement between buyer and the company. An invoice with the final agreed upon price is included with the items ordered. This invoice includes any discount that may be given.
The Funky Printer cannot accept responsibility for typing errors made by the customer, or for products that are being phased out.
We reserve the right to refuse to process any order that may cause offence or distress to others and in such a case we will refund any payments made. We will not be responsible for any copyright infringement by the customer.
Buyer's are responsible for ensuring the delivery address entered is correct. The Funky Printer is not responsible for orders being lost or delayed in the post if an incorrect / incomplete delivery address is given.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your items but, in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll help you out. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via our 'Contact' form.
In the unlikely event your item is faulty, we will request photos from you showing the fault. You will have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it to us for a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure your return reaches us. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service which insures you for the value of goods being sent. The Funky Printer will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
Returns or exchanges are not NOT accepted on any personalised items once payment has been received unless the item is faulty.
Your right to return goods will NOT apply if:
Your item is personalised;
If you make a spelling error and your order has been sent to production;
The item was not returned in it's original packaging;
Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded for unwanted items. You will also be responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items.
